Arbitration will be conducted by the United States Movers Association (USMA) under its rules, and will take place in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless otherwise agreed. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver:
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Exceptions:
Either party may bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized use of the website.
